These snips are a pleasure for lighter pruning.
Perfect for indoor light pruning and soft stemmed herbaceous pruning outdoors, as well as fruit and veg. They are also sensational for freshly cut flowers due to the slender blades for careful snipping. The snips are for green growth only, the Okatsune Secateurs would be more suitable for woody pruning.

CARING FOR YOUR NIWAKI GARDEN SNIPS
Most Niwaki sharp tools are made from carbon steel. Through regular use, they may stain (and eventually rust) and gradually lose their sharp edge. Care for them and they’ll be by your side for a very long time; use them correctly, keep them clean (Crean Mate and Camellia oil) and keep them sharp.
