(b) We have a contractual obligation.  We have a contract that requires us to process your data in order to comply with our obligations or specific counter-obligations eg. processing payment details.  Or we do not yet have a contract but you have asked us to do something as a first step e.g.. provide a quote.

(c) We have a legal obligation.  This may include but is not limited to insurances, consent and licensing requirements set out by DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs).

(d) We have a vital interest.  For example, if you are involved in a medical emergency at our site or whilst on a call with you that requires emergency medical care e.g. providing your information to an ambulance crew.
